Hi! Welcome to the Madcap Toys blog! I wanted to start out by sharing some information with you in regards to who we are, where we are from and how we have started this wonderful journey into collecting vintage as well as new toys including buying and selling.
My name is Daren Lester and I am the founder and CEO of Madcap Toys which is located on 803 15th Street right off of the square in Bedford, Indiana. I have owned and ran a toy business since the early 1990's when I was in my early twenties.
Madcap Toys features not only vintage toys from the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and early 2000's, but also brand new toys and collectibles as well.
This blog will feature not only the toys that we have in stock, but toys that we enjoy and love to talk about and share with one another. We will also share vintage toy TV commercials and articles from the other parts of the internet on the latest toy news.
